Children of Vietnam (COV) is a nonprofit organization based in the United States. It has been working in Vietnam since 1998, with a mission to break the cycle of poverty by providing comprehensive support to children and families. In Vietnam, COV has carried out many meaningful projects such as giving scholarships, building classrooms in mountainous areas, providing nutritious meals for students, supporting children with disabilities, and single mothers. These efforts have helped improve the quality of life and education of thousands of children every year.

The ceremony took place in a warm, respectful, and emotional atmosphere. It was attended by representatives of Children of Vietnam (COV), the President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations of Hue City, the Deputy Director of Hue City’s Department of Education and Training, teachers from different schools, and 50 students who received bicycles.
