Ward scholarships to four hardworking students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The recipients, studying at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the University of Arts, Hue University, received a total of VND 136,000,000, with each scholarship worth VND 34,000,000. Mr. Charles W.
